Good to meet you today and glad to see someone who takes pride in their work and takes time to explain the repairs.
I have only one problem and that is this is not mine, it rides like a new one. The clutch and gears are amazing mate. Top work

I have only been riding for a short period, and own an 09 Ninja 250r. I purchased some parts from yourselves, and organised for them to be fitted to the bike (along with the 1,000 km service) by Simon at the Bikesmith. His contact details are:
I found Simon to be knowledgeable, professional and most of all genuinely wanted to assist wherever possible. Simon and his team at the Bikesmith are keen to assist whatever the bike model - including a Desmosedici and a 1930's H-D I saw at the shop while I was there.
I'll continue to choose The Bikesmith for service and fitting of parts-- Chris Healey
Thank you for hosting this evening. As a newbie and female, it has been quite daunting to enter a predominently male domain - one which some would like to remain that way.
Also as a business owner/teacher I also know how time consuming it is to prepare/run these events that not only educate but attempt to instil trust in the consumer to attract more business. There are unfortunately so many predators out there (quite a few in my industry too) that prey on a consumers lack of knowledge. I met a few when looking at bikes initially, some of the crap I was told in a condescending manner!!!
You were all very friendly and entertaining which made us feel relaxed; 'suck, squeeze, bang, blow' was definitely an educational highlight!
